We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in Product-Led Growth (PLG) to lead the development and execution of our PLG strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through a product-centric approach. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the needs of our users while aligning with our growth objectives.

In this role, you will be a member of the Maxio Product team working within our scrum metodology to deliver great features to Maxio customers. You will also help improve our development process by actively participating in backlog refinements, retrospectives, and other scrum events.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching and growing product revenues through a PLG strategy and go-to-market model.
 

 

WHAT:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive PLG strategy that drives user acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Designers and Engineers to develop features and enhancements which drive self-serve product adoption growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, PLG market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and maintain a detailed PLG product roadmap that aligns with business goals, Maxio's product portfolio, and customer needs.
  • Design and implement strategies to drive self-serve user acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion through product-led initiatives
  • Design and implement user onboarding experiences that maximize product adoption and minimize time to value
  • Lead A/B testing, experiments, and iterations to continuously improve the product experience and drive growth metrics.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPI's) related to self-serve product user engagement, retention, and PLG monetization
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria so that the scrum team’s engineers are clear on what to develop and why it is being developed.
  • Work with engineers to define tasks to be completed in developing, testing, and delivering product features.
  • Lead sprint planning meetings to set objectives for each sprint and agile ceremonies to drive timely delivery of new capabilities to the market.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Resolve outstanding questions quickly in the development process to facilitate the team meeting the goal of each sprint.
  • Plan and partner with engineers and QA on releases of new features and enhancements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the product team and key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
  • Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
 

WHO:

  • 5+ years of PLG product leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of success in designing, developing, launching, positioning, pricing, and growing adoption of self-serve products.
  • Extensive experience working in an agile environment to deliver PLG go-to-market products with quality and velocity
  • Deep understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and user-centric product development
  • Experience in Billing, Financial Operations, or related FinTech SaaS is a plus, but most important is successful PLG experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in setting and delivering on a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, in particular for a new product line
  • Strong skills in creating clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to interface with engineers and functional stakeholders across the company
